I wonder which design / build has the least environmental impact on the trees and surroundings. I would think that the design with mirrored exterior would cause birds to fly into the glass. I know birds will fly into glass when they can see natural light through large glass windows and given the reflection of the surrounding trees I am going to guess you will find injured birds near the outside perimeter of the mirrored structure. May want to rethink the siding? Love the idea!

Swiss Family Robinson, is the first one. Don't know the second one. And my favourite treehouse of the list is the last one that is a complete treehouse. But my dream treehouse has to be the Swiss Family Robinson one. Thank you, I love the innovation and getting close to nature with care.

Sleeping in my tree house when the winds were blowing big was fun. It became a pirate ship. I was 10.  Little has changed. But, the rocking of the tree house sure was a lot like being at sea. Windows were old sheets so ya even got the flapping of sails sounds. Oh yea, it was getting real but, I stayed in the crows nest all night.
