Guards Rape Inmate at Arizona Prison – Feds Claim No Responsibility – Attorney Marc J. Victor

A disturbing story and this one is
sparking outrage prison guards targeting a woman serving time in federal prison
here in Phoenix now we’re not going to release the victim’s name but back in
2015 she was serving time in prison for a marijuana sentence during that time –
two prison guards repeatedly raped her the prison launched an investigation and
eventually those two guards were convicted one of them still serving time
in prison the victim is now trying to sue the prison for what happened but the
feds are saying no way those guards it’s on them they have nothing to do with us
we’re not responsible for anything we’re not going to compensate her one dime for
the anal rape that she suffered while in our custody
strong words there from the attorney we reached out to the Federal Bureau of
Prisons but officials say they cannot comment on ongoing litigation maybe

Marc Victor is pursuing a difficult case, but one worth litigating, for sure.  Wake up, America.  The more you hand over to Federal control, the less responsive your government will be to you, but the more expensive and more controlling it will become.  And BTW – this example of the prison guards is the small scale example of what happens when people are deprived of freedom and deprived of the power of self defense.  Watch the video, Innocents Betrayed, to learn what happens when the same deprivations occur on a large scale.
