Tomasz designed a nice bench, it’s easy to see that he is an engineer. Some simply fixes and … we have to clean some small branches which can stab our ass, add a little support in the middle and it will hold two people. There would fit whole football team or maybe 6-7 people. We are going to collect some wood and after that we will start a fire. We are burning fire to avoid small flies and other flying insects becouse today they’re anoying. We usually roast sausages on the fire but today Piotr is drying his pants. Tomorrow is Sunday so I need something to wear to the church. It’s almost midnight and the fire has almost burned out and after that we will go to sleep. Tomorrow morning at 5am we are going to wake up at the sunrise and go to swim eat some breakfast and maybe take some nap. At the midday we will go home. That’s the sound which woke us up today. At half past five cranes wake up and so do we. It’s time to swim. I’m not sure if you can see them but on the other side of the lake there are two, quite big cranes which are yelling as if they were skinned. I hope that I will capture this sound. As we planned – It’s morning and now we are going to pack up our camp and go for a swim. Before that we are gonna eat some breakfast and then we are leaving this spot. Ok, so let’s dive! After our last movie was released you asked us in the comments section about what we have in our backpacks. The scenario of this trip is the same as the previous one. We are staying in one place for three days and we took our large backpacks, without paying much attention to weight. Let’s start from the top pocket of the backpack. Here I have a rain cover, some small items such as power bank, camp knife, small first aid kit, fire starter kit, folding water bottle, map of our area and that’s it. In the side pocket I have a tripod for camera and water. In the lower side pocket I have small folding seat pad and on the other side I have water bottle so I have easy access to it during the walk. On the hipbelt pocket I have small knife for easy work, wood carving etc. and a headlamp. The main pocket contains small one person tent, stove, clothes such as hoodie and jacket, camera accessories, below we have some food and there is an air mattresses and a cup for tea/coffee. Under the main pocket there is small summer down sleeping bag, clothing for sleeping such as socks and t-shirt, small pillow and things for swimming such as towel and pants. That’s all. A bit too much but very comfortable kit. As Tomasz said according to yours comments I will show you what I took on this 3 days trip. I choose my 65 liters backpack. As Tomasz said it is definitely too much for the weekend trip but we don’t focus on ultralight equipment this time. We focus on comfort and we have lots of photo/video stuff and this directly affects the weight of our packs. I took a bivi bag Supertarp which we mentioned before, small 800g sleeping bag, self-inflating mattress, additional socks, Buff, towel in nice color, small merino hat, cup for tea/coffee, two spoons for nonstick coated pot and the other longer which I really like because it’s longer cooking stuff like 1L pot with gas canister and stove inside, ferro rod, folding saw, compass, small bag with other items which I mentioned on our earlier movies, pair of gloves, piece of rope, my main knife, water filtration kit, power bank – despite the fact we are in the forest we take lots of electric powered items for filming, headlamp and small backup torch, small jacket, tshirt and that’s all. I won’t present you photo/video stuff because this is material for a separate movie. This is how it’s looks like. If you have any other questions about our stuff feel free to ask a question. Our trash bag! All of our stuff are already on our back. We have to pass a few hills and valleys and we finish weekend in the woods. If you have any questions do not hesitate to ask us. We will try to answer all of them See you! Bye!
