    THE LAST TIME WE REPORTED A HOMELESS PERSON WAS CAMPING ILLEGALLY IN OPEN SPACE… HE WAS SHOT AND KILLED. NOW, ALBUQUERQUE POLICE ARE FACED WITH A SIMILAR PROBLEM.
